We loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was very close to the airport, right on the highway and near many great restaurants. The hotel premises and rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly which made our stay all the more comfortable.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was o kay. The room was noisey, too much hall noise and neighbor noise. Rooms need to be more sound proof.

Noisey. Caused delay in falling asleep. You can hear every nearby door shut and open. People walking down the hall sound more like a herd of elephants. Can hear neoghboring rooms showers running way too well and when they flush their toilet, it sounds like its in the room with you. We checked out a day early and ate the non-refundable room rate just so we could go home to get some peace and quite. The girl at the desk told me that she could not check me out until the following morning because that was the check out date. I guess they wanted to make good and sure that I could not be refunded my final nights stay even though that was not my intention and I verbally stated that is was not my intention.

I loved the stay there it just need to be a little closer to some of the shopping areas but its really a nice and clean place I would stay there again and I would tell my friends and co-workers about this place loved it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the rooms and the beds. Then complimenetray breakfast had nutritious healthy choices. I appreciate being offored something other than pastries!

For this Christmas getaway, we were looking forward to a relaxing time with all the family. One of the best aspects of this hotel was definitely the free snacks and drinks always available in the lobby. This was especially helpful during our stay as it meant we didn't have to constantly leave the hotel for refreshments. The location was also very convenient, with several shopping and dining options within walking distance. Finally, the hotel had a very modern and stylish decor which added to our enjoyment of our stay.

We did have several issues during our stay that left a bad impression. Firstly, the staff members we encountered weren't very friendly or welcoming. This made us feel like we were an inconvenience instead of valued guests. Secondly, the hotel room itself was quite cramped, with limited space for our family and our luggage. Additionally, the breakfast offered was very average and lacking in variety. We were hoping for a special Christmas breakfast, but we were disappointed. our stay was not what we expected and we would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was easy to get to and had the added bonus of several wonderful restaurants in close proximity. We enjoyed the convenience of having dining options nearby without having to venture far. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that allowed for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the attention to detail, with sanitizer readily available throughout the hotel.

I booked two rooms one for myself and my grown daughter with her two kids and the hotel clerk couldnt find, but one room. We got the two rooms, I was charged twice for one of the rooms.

The amenities, like the 24/7 coffee station and the fruit pick-me-up with attractively displayed apples, added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was exactly as I requested, with good lighting, a spacious desk area, and even an artistic touch with the folded washcloths. The hotel also ensured that the breakfast experience was enjoyable, particularly for the runners who had to leave early, by providing granola bars, bananas, water. The staff even went out of their way to accommodate our friends' need for bread before the race. Lastly, the flexibility with a late checkout allowed us to enjoy the New York City Marathon before hitting the road. All these little things made my stay memorable and have earned this hotel a spot as my go-to choice for future visits.

No significant negatives, the stay was enjoyable overall.
